Discover a refined residence, designed to combine elegance, comfort, and well-being, offering you an unforgettable stay.
Enjoy exceptional outdoor spaces, created for pleasure, tranquility, and relaxation for parents

Exterior:

The property features a stunning 10 × 5 m private saltwater pool with Bali-style tiles and a shallow entry area. The pool is secured with a safety barrier for the little ones.
Two spacious, shaded terraces invite you to enjoy your meals outdoors in a peaceful and elegant setting.
The large, fully fenced 7,000 m² garden offers plenty of activities for the whole family: swing, ping-pong table, and many other leisure options to enhance your days.

The villa opens onto a magnificent 70 m² living space, bathed in light thanks to large windows. This elegant area combines a fully open modern kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a comfortable lounge, perfect for relaxing with family or friends in a warm, high-end atmosphere.

Sleeping area:

Ground floor:

A generously sized bedroom with its own private shower room.

Upstairs:

Three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed.

One family bedroom, which also includes a crib, specially arranged for young children.

A shared bathroom, harmoniously designed to provide optimal comfort for the entire floor.

For your absolute comfort, the villa is air-conditioned:

Air conditioning in the living area ensures a cool and pleasant atmosphere throughout the day.

A second air conditioning unit in the upstairs corridor distributes freshness to all bedrooms.

 

Conditions:

Weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday

Additional costs: a cleaning fee of €200 must be added to the weekly rate
This service is optional if the tenant wishes to carry out the cleaning themselves

The tourist tax, in accordance with current regulations, is not included in the rental price and must be paid in addition during your stay.

Villa Callisto accommodates up to 8 people and 1 baby

Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM; check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Terms and Conditions – Villa Callisto

1. Owner Identification

The seasonal rental property is offered by:

2. Booking Terms

The reservation becomes effective after:

  • signature of the rental agreement,

  • and payment of a mandatory deposit corresponding to 30% of the total rental amount.

The owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the deposit is not paid within the agreed timeframe.

3. Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one month before the arrival date.

In the event of non-payment within the required timeframe, the reservation may be automatically cancelled without refund of the deposit already paid.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit of €2,000 will be required before check-in in the form of a bank card pre-authorization.

This deposit may be used in the event of:

  • damage,

  • deterioration,

  • excessive cleaning,

  • or failure to comply with the rental conditions.

5. Cancellation Policy

All reservations are firm and final.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant:

  • the deposit paid will remain the property of the owner,

  • no refund may be claimed.

6. Tourist Tax

The tourist tax is not included in the rental price.

It is charged according to the current rate applied by the Durance Luberon Verdon local authority, currently:

  • €4.40 per person per night.

7. Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in takes place on Saturdays between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Check-out must be completed no later than 10:00 AM on Saturday morning.

Any late arrival must be notified in advance.

8. Liability

The tenant is responsible for any damage occurring during the stay caused by themselves, the occupants of the property, or any visitors.

The owner declines all responsibility in the event of:

  • theft,

  • loss,

  • forgotten personal belongings,

  • accidents occurring on the property,

  • or temporary interruption of equipment beyond their control.

9. Insurance

The tenant agrees to hold valid holiday rental liability insurance covering the duration of the stay.

Proof of insurance may be requested before arrival.

10. Pets

Pets may only be accepted with prior approval from the owner.

The owner reserves the right to refuse certain animals depending on their size, number, or behaviour.

Any damage caused by a pet will remain the responsibility of the tenant.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute relating to the execution of the rental agreement, the parties shall endeavour to reach an amicable solution.

Failing agreement, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the location of the rented property.
